TACO x ODOT Lake Day

Join the Trans Advocacy Coalition of Oklahoma and Oklahoma Department of Trans on Saturday July 20 at Stroud Lake for a day of community swimming, barbecue and more! All are welcome at this all-ages event, including 2STGNC+ folks, as well as our families, friends, and supportive allies. Unfortunately, the beach does not allow pets.

We are doing this on a potluck basis, so please sign up if you can contribute any supplies, volunteering, or seats in your car. Don’t forget to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and towels!

TACO x ODOT Support Group

We have several programs and events we are still working on planning, including a Climbing Day in OKC and Tulsa, and fundraiser events to refill the funds for our Gender Umbrella Assistance Collective which has given away almost all of our resources in direct assistance and micro-grants. A Zine (pronounced “zeen”, short for magazine) is a short, simple DIY booklet. Anybody can make one and there are no rules for what it looks like! Anything you want to write, draw, or create - if you can print it, you can make it into a zine! Zines are independently published and distributed - all you need is access to a printer or photocopy machine (which we can help you get!)
